If there is a violation of copyrights, which are held by individuals and corporations or other entities, it can result in civil and criminal liability for the offending parties, involving the ISP in litigation and possibly, loss of reputation. Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses and Other Destructive Activities :

Server Resources :
All web sites that uses an unusually high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, network resources over their allotted limits, and memory usage) will have the option of either paying additional fees (depending on the resources required), reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or upgrade to a Dedicated Server plan.
NON-PAYMENT / OVERDUE ACCOUNTS :
For hosting services, payments are due on the first day of the beginning month of the subscription period. They are renewed monthly or yearly (invoices are emailed approximately mid-month of the last month of the subscription period). Invoices are presented to clients via an email notification (please make sure your email filters and spam blockers accept email from accounts@Zabingo.com / paypal@Zabingo.com). In case of an email address change, please do notify us. After one month of any amount being overdue for any service provided by Zabingo Softwares, hosting account suspension or termination may occur without further notice. We want to keep your business, so there will be attempts made to send reminders several times for a timely payment. Suspended accounts will be subject to a $250 reinstatement fee.
